26.05.03 We loved our overnight in beautiful Kiama at the Sebel. Beds were comfortable and facilities very clean. Close to everything g Kiama has to offer.
26.02.19 We chose this hotel believing it to be part of the Sebel group of hotels only to find on arrival that this was a privately owned room in a building “behind “ the real Sebel hotel ! Reading the guest information manual because the internet would not work and there was no milk for coffee we realised that there would be no assistance of any kind. The manual also advised that we would be required to troubleshoot any issues with the electricity, plumbing or appliances in the room (I can provide photos of these instructions if required). Further to this we had loud music on most nights of our stay. I am now very reluctant to use the internet to book accommodation again. I feel that we should be reimbursed the money that we have paid due to this false advertising.
26.02.13 Accommodation was great. Was embarrassed on arrival due to Agoda not have the hotels email correct and our reservation not being in their system. We had to wait almost a hour in the foyer while they contacted you, then they had trouble explaining to the Agoda person what the issue was. Not happy to drive 5 and a half hours to get told we didn’t have a reservation due to you not have emails correct in your system.
