I came here for the Cycling World Championships. Was so pleased to be able to get accomodation with only a couple of months to go. The owners were very accomodating and helpful. The room itself was basic, but all that you need. Had its own ensuite. I would recommend not staying around room 1, as people walk past to get to their rooms at night and early in the morning - recommend staying away from the middle of the motel. Easy access with a bus stop outside that was very close (although some routes closed for the major event). The North Wollongong pub was only a few hundred metres up the road. Appears to be mainly frequented by uni-age kids, though, There was also an Amcal that's open 24 hours just up the road, which was handy. The room did not have a microwave, but did have a fridge, tv and heating/air con. The bed was comfortable.

A bit noisy and a long walk from beach and city centre. Expensive for a basic room. No biscuits with tea and coffee facilities.
