Gorgeous location, super comfortable bed. All facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and considerate.

Unfortunately we couldnt get a decent nights sleep at this location. They have flimsy doors adjacent to an event space as a result of which you can hear the noise from the event space, road and surrounds all night long, so you get no sleep from that. add insult to injury, our room was connect to the room next door and both sets of people were very loud. I also believe that their TV was right next to the door so again, we couldnt get any sleep. my partner ended up sleeping in the bathroom to try and get some rest. pretty sad and poor. other items of note are that the main entrance does not have any locks or chains for security. otherwise the setting is very pleasant, The staff are pleasant as well. and it could make for an excellent stay, its just that its much too noisy to sleep!

Absolutely love the briars. Such a beautiful location. Quiet and the rooms are expansive and well set up with the separate lounge area.

Love the counrty feel with the lake and how quiet it was.

Fantastic. Staff were very accommodating when I booked the room. I needed to access the room a little earlier than the advertised time....this was actioned with the cleaning staff, and the room was in perfect order on arrival... clean, comfortable and everything that was needed for a short stay...plus the view of the lake and fountain was both relaxing as it was picturesque. Arrival and departure at Reception quick and easy. Hope I get to stay here again. Many thanks
