The room located on the ground floor was the worst ever as the room smell i am assuming from some kind of extremely heavy cleaning disinfectants was just unbearable. Worst night trying to get some sleep in the stink of the room. Woke numerous times during the night due to the toxic stench. This place needs to lift their game and Clean up its business.. will never recommend it and will never go there again. What a disgrace for a heritage building.

We booked a queen room, smallest queen bed I’ve ever slept in. We have stayed there overnight at Christmas 2025 as well. First motel to ever want your licence and credit card details, when we’ve already paid. I wasn’t happy about that.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in was woken up by 7 am right workers doing renovations right outside my front door. I was not notified about this when I checked in room was terrible. Bed was lumpy and the room absolutely stank. Do not stay here go somewhere else.

The room was so much smaller than I expected. The bathroom door would not stay shut. The tiles in the shower need attention as in cleaning. Fell in love with the Historic frontage of the building. Room 25 meant for one person in a single bed.
