Quiet, clean, no fuss, budget price

The room was clean but the amenities are very dated and tired. Carpet worn and faded. Bed was comfortable but bedside lamps were make do. Breakfast offering very spartan, bread was stale, only spreads were insipid looking marmalade and Vegemite. No butter on offer, only a large tub of cheap brand margarine. I would advise free breakfast be clearly identified as continental breakfast at best. Certainly no deer to be seen.

It’s cheap but rundown and not very clean. Breakfast is complimentary toast, cereal and tea/coffee/juice is welcome but only available for 1 hour 7-8am.

Tap in vanity basin unusable , breakfast very scant and low quality products ! Go elsewhere !

The only negative was having to climb into a spa bath to take a shower. Not ideal for older people.
