The staff, although not onsite each time we have stayed - have always been extremely accomodating, polite and helpful. The location is a little out of the way but overall not a huge issue. Rooms are spacious and well appointed given the age and style of the building. All areas are very clean and tidy and rooms are a great size - roomy infact. Definitely recommend this location if you're looking to stay in Bathurst, certainly worth checking out!

I understand this is budget accomodation, but really. They got my bedding wrong. Instead of helping, I was sworn at over the phone and hung up on. No one would come and help in person or over the phone. The rooms are tiny, the shared bathroom does appear maintained very well. I travel a lot, often to remote areas where there aren’t many options. This was my worst experience by far. Pay the extra $10 and get a reputable place to stay, Bathurst has many.
