Pacific Garden Hotel

Kind staff, room basic but clean enough. Could see that this used to be a beautiful place but now feels like an abandoned hotel-overgrown garden, water features dry and buried in shrubs, big veggie garden boxes now full of leaves, broken toys and furniture,, climbing equipment broken, overgrown, all chairs faded and mismatched, reception in darkness. The place is silent and dark, feels empty and very much in ‘money saver’ mode. Not exactly the vibe you want in holiday for $230+30-40 pet fee

I couldn’t get there till late but couldn’t contact them using 4 numbers and 2 email addresses to get after hours access information. Only response was from an ex employee whose number they were still using as an after hours contact. Still hadn’t heard from them by 9pm so I stayed elsewhere, want prepared to travel there and not get access. While searching for contact numbers saw all the poor reviews, didn’t see one good one. Waiting for a refund Agoda! I’ve used Agoda A LOT and this is only the second bad property experience in 14 years, they fixed the other one in less than an hour.
