26.05.06 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again and were pleasantly surprised our triple room also had a 4th bed / sofa bed already made up on our arrival. The room was perfect for our family of 4, nicely renovated and we appreciated the separation of the main bed from the children's sleeping area. Staff were hard to track down at times and when we went to reception to ask for more tea / coffee (which was the advised method in the room info) the staff member on reception simply said "no we don't have any" and didn't offer a solution / alternative way to access top ups which was disappointing.
