26.05.27The property is reasonably well maintained. This also double up as Accor vacation club apartments, so they are decently furnished to attract those paying their time share options.
The property is remote, but is within the Swan Valley area, so it worked for us visiting the nearby shops/ attractions while being self contained as we cooked our own dinners etc as there's literally nothing around the area within 5 mins drive.
Unfortunately, this property doesn't do daily cleaning, so, if you guys don't mind managing an apartment-ish stay while visiting Swan Valley, this might be a good option
26.05.23 Location is not an issue as we self drive.
Apartment is located away from the reception/facilities but not a major isssue.
Apartment is spacious and clean with full kitchen,washer and dryer.

26.03.24 I have nothing but praise for Sebel. My first encounter was with staff who were most pleasant and helpful, my room 43 square metres was more than adequate for my wife and myself and the views over the golf course were amazing with kangaroos everywhere. The steak sandwiches were also delicious.
26.03.12 If you are looking got a one bed room apartment style lodging, look no further. It i a joint property managed by Novotel. Hence check in and check out is over there. You will share Novotel facilities such as pool and gym and restaurant. There is no receiption counter at Sebel .
No cleaning service unless you stay a week there. I will definitely choose this place if i want to be a swan valley.
