Mantra Geraldton

Good stay at Mantra. Could be a bit cheaper for the value you pay and the amenities but can't complain. Was clean and amenities. One of the bathroom had a funky smell but nothing too concerning - was clean. Location is great and spacious room.

We booked a two-night stay for our family, and on the second evening, after returning from a long excursion around 9 30 PM, we discovered that both of our key cards no longer worked. To our dismay, the reception was closed at 8 PM, and we were left waiting for 30 minutes for security to assist us. It is concerning that a hotel of this caliber would not ensure that key cards are functioning, particularly when the reception closes so early. In addition to the access issue, we found the room to be outdated and not adequately cleaned. We encountered a duvet with stains and a washroom that was covered in dust. Overall, this experience has been highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this feedback.

Recommend this hotel in the area of Geralton. Location is central.

Location was amazing. Facilities (pool) tired and in need of some TLC. Room set up great and views overlooking the marina gorgeous. Loved the balcony. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. Chairs on the balcony damaged from age and tops pulled plastic cane that had to be covered with towels to not catch on clothes. Carpet very unclean. Dusty windowsills with dead flies. Pots and pans had been put in the cupboard wet and smelt musty and started to mould. Thank goodness bedding and bathrooms were clean and it was only one night for us. The view kept us happy however very disappointed.

I won’t stay there again. It’s an expensive hotel which was dirty and poorly maintained.
