The Beach Motel Hervey Bay

Made to feel very welcome from the lady at the check in desk, didn't have time to explore the place as we only stayed the night, bit would stay again for sure.

This Motel was excellent. The room was very spacious, super clean. Great in room amenities, such as kettle, fridge, tea/coffee. Staff at reception (Tracey) was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Upon arrival in met the gentleman at reception with a smile and without any drama hassle at all and after some confusion about timing or delay between 1st 3rd parties we had a great laugh he went and grabbed key out of safe for me , lovely open room its clean and pretty good value for money , kepp up the great work mate yr no 1 pick so far here

Stayed in a family unit. Very old, windowsills peeling, bathroom door jams and is very noisy when closing. Floors, doors & couch were dirty, stained sheets on the bed. The thumping from upstairs late at night made it hard to sleep! Not a lot of parking considering the amount of rooms here. Other than that you get what you pay for. Pool was nice and staff very friendly & helpful.

Perfect price for a budget getaway. Rooms are serviced daily if required. Basic room with stair access only but can be upgraded to ground floor for a fee. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
