Great location, super clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Opposite to the Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum, close to Pickering Point Lookout. Fantastic spot for visiting the beautiful town and get to know the history of Great Ocean Road. Only tiny thing which may needs to be improved is that we stayed in room 23 which was a suit on a second floor, unfortunately we could hear the wooden floor creaking noise when people walking upstairs. I'm sure it's not every room problem, but just would like to feedback on this. Have to say, room 23 is a fantastic room with large size and comfortably equipped furniture. Loved the stay!

Nice vibes

Hotel location was good and accessible to most eateries. Room was spacious and clean. Especially loved the toilet with the rain shower. For the guest laundry, they could have supply more detergent for the guest. The breakfast at the restaurant also tasted nice.
