26.04.19It was such a beautiful place to stay the staff were so helpful. When we arrived it was pouring rain dark and windy the lovely gentleman ran into the rain to have the door open for me so I could quickly get my 2 toddlers inside where they'd be dry
26.04.13Good for an overnight stay and very close to tht etwelve apostles
26.03.19It is a great place near twelve apostle
26.03.05Considering the location and the price, I think it’s pretty good value. If you want somewhere that looks nicer, you’d probably have to stay around the Port Campbell area, which would definitely cost more.
The room we got didn’t look as nice as the photos though. Ours was in a row-style unit that seemed older and smaller than some of the other rooms. But like I said, when you compare the location and the price, we were satisfied. Especially since our plan was to go out for sunset and early morning viewpoints anyway.
At least we slept well here. The bathroom worked perfectly fine, both the toilet and the shower. The room also had a microwave, toaster, fridge, plates, bowls, and cutlery.
In the morning we woke up to an alpaca casually grazing right in front of the house for almost an hour, which was really nice to watch. The resident dog at the property is also super friendly. If you visit, don’t forget to play ball with him. He absolutely loves it.
Make sure you bring enough food with you because there aren’t any shops nearby.
The accommodation is only about 5 minutes from the Twelve Apostles viewpoint. However, it’s located down a gravel road, so you can’t drive fast until you reach the main road. If you’re driving in or out when it’s dark, be careful of wildlife along the road. We saw rabbits on the small road and even a wallaby by the main road.
26.02.14It's a 3 star Hotel, so in that context it was fine. Sure it's old, but everything worked, and it also had free Netflix logged in. We stayed in the Valley View Queen bed cabin, it was very quiet and peaceful. It was 3ks down the road from the 12 apostles, so handy for Sunrise and Sunset photography. No real communication from the owners, I think their English may be limited, from other reviews. Contactless checkin and checkout. If you're fussy or expect 5 star facilities, you probably won't be happy.
