26.05.29Unfortunately, the room that we booked had a heater issue it wasn’t working, they were kindly enough to upgrade our room. It was very nice of them. Richard was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, it’s only a walk away from the main stores and beach, which was very nice, we loved the indoor pool as you can see my son had an amazing time I’m glad that the pools were heated. The only downfall for me was that it does not have enough ramp. I struggled with my baby pram. But everything else was amazing! I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
26.04.27 We came here with our toddler and it was great...we really enjoyed Lorne in a new and unexpected way. Great location and we spent so much time at the heated pool.. fantastic
26.04.18 The facilities are excellent. The location is good with walking distant of food and beach.
26.03.28 The pool area at the Cumberland is lovely , clean, the water warm and the spa is great. The room was nice, comfortable and warm. It is very close to everything .
You have to climb into the spa bath to have a shower this might be hard for some people.
Reception staff were not welcoming or very friendly. We had trouble finding our room due to no clear instructions.
26.03.28 I love the Cumberland Hotel. The staff are so helpful and the facilities are wonderful and close to everything. This is our go to place in Lorne!
