I enjoyed the stay

Staying at Hilton Melbourne has been an absolutely joy, mainly thanks to the friendly reception staff who made our stay all the more wonderful with their helpful and positive attitude! Big shout out to Darrien - her energy and superb service attitude, Chris - ready to assist and had the kindest demeanor and Jeremy - the GM, who happened to be around upon our check-out, and personally assisted in taping one of our boxes up for us and escorting us to our car, even waving to us as we drove off. Little touches like this go a long way, and honestly will be the main reason (besides the location, and comfort of the rooms) we will choose to stay with Hilton again during our next trip!

A solid 10/10 stay overall. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest well. We also appreciated that the chairs and sofa were on the firmer side — great if you prefer proper back support instead of sinking in. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good showers and quality amenities. Everything felt thoughtfully put together. Location-wise, it’s very convenient — there’s a tram stop right outside the hotel exit, which made getting around the city really easy. A nice touch was being able to request toiletries through the app. Housekeeping was quick to send them up, and the hand cream in particular was a pleasant surprise. Special thanks to Patricia C from the digital concierge team, who kindly helped arrange a late checkout upon request and assisted with storing our luggage. She was pleasant and hospitable throughout. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Room is big, cosy & bed is very comfortable. Staffs are very helpful.
