24.11.22 We had the 2 bedroom family chalet.Enjoyed the space and the personal spa and absolutly loved the big hot pools.The beds however were very hard and uncomfortable and i had a really bad sleep.Tv runs of UHF and all other channels except 1&2 were distorted.Wifi was not great. Shower poor pressure. Breakfast was yum and we really enjoyed it.Dinner very average for the price.Tennis court was fun ran out of time for golf but will do it next time!If these minor things were improved as they really are just minor but enough to be annoying I would rate it a 5 stars as it really is lovely relaxing place and we will be returning there to stay again.
24.10.06 Atmosphere, country setting, good food & drink, friendly staff and on-site (300m) hot pools that are in a bush-clad river gorge.
It's an old building with even the newer family chalet rooms dating to ~70s, so don't come here expecting international (bland) rooms with new everything. Understand that and you will have a great time.
Staff were all super welcoming to us. Bar is popular with locals and people from the region getting away from the city. Bar deck is perfect for sundowners at this mid season.
