Good stay! My family and I were happy with the stay. Good location in the city

Was there with my family and the location was very close to the train station and tour group pick up site. Very cozy, clean and basic items such as sugar, soap, detergent etc were supplied.

A pretty good place to stay value for money, parking though I think is a challenge especially when you have lots of luggage to bring over. Parking is very close by

This place was extremely disappointing. We booked for 5 nights but couldn’t even stay a single night and had to secure another accommodation immediately. The apartment was very dirty. the sofa bed had stains that appeared to be bodily fluids, and the carpet was in unacceptable condition. It was far below basic hygiene standards. The check-in process was arduous, and even the unit number written on the keys was incorrect, adding unnecessary stress after a long journey. To make matters worse, both Agoda and the property owners ignored my request for a partial refund, despite it being promised upon cancellation. Agoda responded with automated replies and offered no way to speak to a real representative or submit photographic evidence. It was a very frustrating experience, and it felt like my money literally went down the drain.

Room was clean, basic necessities available. Equipped with foldable babycot. However, the room could do with some enhancement. Managed to see the fireworks during new year from the stadium. Balcony view is facing the Marvel stadium. Accessible to food, shopping and tOverall, great stay and location is 5 mins from the southern cross station.
