25.06.16We booked through Agoda, and had some issues with our arrival time. We were able to contact and speak with Cara at the property direct, and she was absolutely exceptional with her understanding and flexiblity. Some people are made for their jobs, her customer service was definitely above and beyond. She made our day every time we spoke with her.
Then we finally arrived, and the room is beautiful - and huge! We were in Suite 6, very handy on the ground floor for easy access to our car parked at the front door.
The wifi was excellent, tv huge and the King bed was very comfortable.
There is no view, but we were out and about all the time so it didn't matter to us.
We even met Anne, the lovely cleaner who gave us a lovely welcome.
There were extra touches, like a dehumidifer, plug in mozzie killers etc that exemplify the care taken at this property.
The toiletries were beautiful solid soap and shampoo/conditioner, something a bit different.
The in room washing machine/dryer (and clothes airer) was so handy as we had been travelling for a while. Again the attention to detail is great - they provide washing powder, you don't have to pay $2 for a sachet and get coins for a machine, we really appreciated that extra service.
The property is a bit of a walk to the main street of shops and restaurants, we drove all the time to make it easier.
All in all, we highly recommend a visit to Robe and staying here, you will not be disappointed.
25.05.04 Comfortable, spacious and quiet 2 night stay. Has most kitchen conveniences, except an oven or cooktop.
