26.04.10 One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in and we will go back. Staff were lovely, the rooms are modern and clean and the pool is beautiful. Really close to the Main Street and 2 min walk to 4 mile beach.
The only downside is lots of screaming kids in the pool
26.03.06 Peppers Beach Club resorts are a favourite of mine, from the moment you arrive you are greeted with the gorgeous lagoon style pool surrounded by palm trees and sunshine. We booked two resort spa rooms, The check in was easy, however finding our room took a bit of navigation skill. The building we stayed in didn’t have a lift to the room so stairs it was, when we checked in the concierge hadn’t started, so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs lol, the rooms were nice comfortable and quiet with a lagoon pool view, the air con was nice and cool, they also had ceiling fans. The Nespresso machine was well used lol. They have a bar /restaurant next to the pool, no swim up bar though like their sister property in Palm Cove. We will stay there after this. They have under ground car parking also.
26.02.28 This place is fantastic. A amazing pool with sand beach entry. Great staff and awesome rooms. Perfect location to everything aswell.
26.01.04 Pros: the hotel was in downtown so walkable to shops and restaurants. It has a nice pool and a cozy cafe/restaurant beside it
Cons: air con was broken and there was an emergency alarm that rang at 4am, so sleep were overall not great - hotel simply apologized for inconvenience caused.
Major setback was Agoda, that hotel price becomes lower and lower to the travel date and Agoda customer service agent arrogantly stated that it is the clients responsibility and the price guarantee policy only applies to other platforms. Even when proven the price is lower in other platforms, Agoda makes it super difficult to submit a claim. So very disappointed.
