Good location

I actually stayed at one other backpacker's hostel in Cairns that is newly remodeled and more expensive, but it felt very "corporate" by comparison to Caravella. I wish I had stayed at Caravella twice. The staff is really friendly, it seems like a less chaotic backpacker's than the other place (much easier to navigate the kitchen space) and it's a great location and good price for what you get.

Love the relaxed laid back vibe. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Great location and lovely pool.

It’s solo traveler friendly. Its facilities are clean and tidy up. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend for solo female travelers.

Great location, very clean ( cleaning each day) quiet. 2 kitchen and a lot of good place around. Also very nice and helpful staff
