Honestly, starting here is pretty much every thing you need some want or to be. Perfect location, no fuss booking and checking in, friendly, helpful . I would definitely start here again, highly recommend it if you’re wanting a stress free stay.

This was my third stay at this hotel because the rooms are comfortable and the facilities for children are great. However, during my last stay the experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking and they showed no interest in helping me solve the issue. I had to call more than six times and even contact the agoda through WhatsApp before they finally fixed it. I also want to mention that during my first stay the room had not been prepared before our arrival, although that time the staff resolved it quickly. I hope the hotel can improve its organisation and customer service, as these situations create unnecessary stress for guests.

Great location if you have a car. Shopping centre 1min drive (basically can walk there CBD 7min drive. Main highway 1min drive. All required facilities in apartment (even spa). Great selection of free online movies and shows.

The place has a great playground which my toddler appreciated. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Quiet area, nice and simple accommodation. Although, the rooms could use a well deserved renovation.
