At last a hotel that I could really rate as "boutique". The Islington is a top quality establishment with top quality staff, we had a great stay here. Extremely high levels of customer service without being obsequious. Beautiful gardens, building and well equipped rooms provided a great environment to chill out. Once the restaurant is back up and running for dinner this will be the perfect place to stay for those looking for a high end and personal experience.

Lovely old residence in quiet area. Beautiful garden. I paid a very reduced rate and was happy. It would not be good value at full price. Multiple minor annoyances which detract from supposed luxury. Staff were nice.

Beautiful small boutique hotel

Good room with great bathroom/ bed. Staff couldn’t be friendlier and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and as good as going to a special restaurant . Lovely stay and would come back
