I cannot speak highly enough of my stay at the Port Arthur Motor Inn! Everything about the experience was genuinely superlative. The room was incredibly comfortable, exceptionally clean, and provided the perfect, relaxing retreat after a busy day of exploring. What truly sets this motor inn apart—aside from being quite literally on the doorstep of the Port Arthur Historic Site with phenomenal views—is the quality of the on-site restaurant. I dined there for two nights during my stay, and the food was absolutely top-notch both times. It was fantastic to have such delicious, high-quality meals accompanied by great service just steps from my room. The staff across the board were wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and clearly take pride in providing a great experience. It is a fantastic value and ticks every single box. I would highly recommend the Port Arthur Motor Inn to absolutely everyone visiting the area—a brilliant stay on all fronts!

As part of our Tasmanian adventure we had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at Port Arthur Motor Inn . It is conveniently located looking over the historic site which guests have direct access to their own gate (entry fee must be paid prior ) . The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent . Recomended

Port Arthur motor Inn is a great location and staff were very helpful. The motel is a little dated.
