26.02.23Exceptional stay with top class service! All our requests were met, from a beautiful dinner waiting in our room (as we arrived late) to breakfast ready in the fridge for an early morning start. You won't find more peace, quiet, privacy and tranquility anywhere else. Breakfast at The Source restaurant was lovely too. A complimentary bottle of bubbles made my day! Fully stocked mini bar with a wide selection of wines, drinks and snacks. The units are massive and offer everything you need. It's pricy and a bit far out of town, but if you want a unique experience without the hussle and buzzle of the city each nigth, this is it!
26.02.08The room was huge and luxurious. Lovely view of river. The museum is amazing and dinner at Faro onsite was exceptional. Nice pool, sauna and good small gym. Honestly an amazing 24 hours
26.01.25We had a wonderful one-night stay in the Robin pavilion — a beautifully designed one-bedroom retreat with a spa bath, stylish interiors, excellent art books, art projection and lovely views over the Derwent River. The staff gave us a warm, genuine welcome, made check-in effortless, shared helpful local tips, and kindly offered to refund our MONA entry tickets from earlier in the week, which prompted us to stay. The pool and gym were a great way to unwind, and on a hot Sunday we loved the live band and an ice cream. Plenty to enjoy in a peaceful setting — a perfect blend of luxury, privacy and an art-rich experience. Highly recommended.
25.05.05AMAZING place to stay, highly recommended. Well worth the money & can’t wait to return!
25.03.04Great accommodation on the river at MONA. We stayed for a couple of nights after walking the Three Capes Track. Wonderful restaurants. The James Turrell installations were the highlight of the gallery for me. Mad lovely to have a Nolan on the wall. The staff were great. Ferry into Hobart was simple and convenient. I unhesitatingly recommend this place.
