Beachfront Bicheno

We were disappointed with this stay. We didn’t receive the room we had originally booked through Agoda, which was frustrating right from the start. While parts of the room seemed partially refreshed, the bathroom was clearly outdated and in need of a proper upgrade. Cleanliness was also an issue — the carpet and chairs were stained, and the walls were noticeably dusty. Overall, the room felt neglected rather than well-maintained. Given the condition and experience, the price felt far too high for what is essentially a very basic motel room. We wouldn’t consider this good value for money.

Very recommended! The service was excellent—very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room itself is spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
