Beds need replacing old springs and roll out of bed clicking and clonking, bad old pillows unable to have get comfy, floor was comfy.

Was a great stay once again we had buffet breaky included except public holiday Monday advised at breaky it was not available yet said it is on check in. Otherwise everything else was great, pool wasnt too cold, spa out of order not an issue. Happily stay again but may save $$ on breaky incuded.

I really want to like this place; however, I booked a two-bedroom apartment with a "should be" functional kitchen, but when we got there, the stove was broken. We reported this to the reception, and they sent a staff member to check. He couldn't fix it that night and told us that he couldn't do anything about it. They sent a maintenance guy in the morning, but we were advised that they needed an electrician for this. We were there to spend time with the whole family for the New Year, and the whole trip was planned with us doing some cooking for the New Year celebration. They offered for us to move to a different room, but we found this to be a bit of an inconvenience to pack and unpack again. We just ended up using our other family member's apartment's kitchen. The cutleries and mugs are also dirty. Also, the lock in the other toilet upstairs is broken. The pool looks really nice, but it's a bit dirty with some bugs in the water, and we were really itchy when we got out of the pool. I mentioned about the stove issue to the reception when we checked out, and she said that she would make a note and tell the management to get in touch with me. I have not heard from them yet The location is great, I hope that they will improve this year as this place has a great potential. Thank you

Stayed here for day trips to furgeson valley and Wellington dam. Close travels and while not near stores, driving out for food and stuff is near. Nice comfy rooms, great value for the price
