If you like the idea of a hot tub and nice views then this definitely has that and they were great and the bedroom was cosy with a comfy bed. It’s more a novelty factor than a peaceful retreat. If you are after serenity think again. We could hear every tap and toilet movement from the room next door. Others woke us from their balcony and could hear every part of their conversation. Every door going and people in the communal lounge. I called a week prior with a query and no one got back to me despite saying they would check. No one was there on checking or check out. A note was left with the key and said we could order dinner via the QR in room which when we tried then said it wasn’t available. Overpriced and not worthy of a 4 star stay.

We had two nights in the Chardonnay room. It was presented beautifully, gorgeous big ensuite and a large shower and a sunroom to relax in just off the bedroom. The outside spa was filled and ready for us in arrival, and unexpectedly refreshed again after a day out the next day. So much thought went into ensuring we enjoyed our stay. The place is so quiet, it was just what we needed. The pool is very large with lots of spaces to lounge in shade.

We really loved the coziness inside the rooms and they even offered us an upgrade at the arrival which was really nice of them. Nice breakfast , friendly staff and we had a really great time. Thank you guys!!!

Nice place but disappointing I could not use all of the facilities offered due to staff not being there, not answering emails and not answering the phone. I sent a request on the online form for a treatment, no one got back to me. I phoned them when I was there and also tried to phone to request breakfast…..same again. They lost out on income form my breakfast and spa treatments. Shame as it’s a nice place but didn’t see anyone at reception either.
