Palace Hotel

Comfortable suite , very clean and roomy. Prime position in the city centre. Good food, beer , and polite and attentive staff. Couldnt fault anything and enjoyed my stay, albeit short , but next time will be longer and definitely here.

Suit room had all amenities

We were traveling from Perth with plans to arrive around 8pm. We booked and fully paid for the room, but when we tried to contact the property to arrange for our room keys to be left somewhere safe, nobody ever answered our calls. We kept calling until around 5pm with no response, and eventually had to turn back—losing both our booking and time. This happened on a Saturday. If there’s no staff at reception on Saturdays, then online bookings for that day should not be accepted.
