Value for money - They charge a bit high for a low quality service. I requested for a single bed, but has been decline despite not having much guest. I can’t recall the name of that receptionist guy but he was more grumpy than the guest. Not even offering solutions. Location - Bad especially if you don’t have vehicle Cleanliness - Clean and tidy Staff - Bad. Not helpful and useful, they were like guards standing and observing. No greetings and again, doesn’t know how to provide solutions in basic request Facilities - Low. You need to go out the room to get water and coffee

The biggest downside was the condition of the rooms they are very outdated and in need of major renovation. Updating the rooms and overall interiors would greatly improve the guest experience and make the property feel more worth the stay.
