I have always loved Marriott, and by far, this is the number one five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. From the rooms, amenities, services, and especially the staff, Marriott Clark consistently makes you feel valued and special. What truly stands out every time we stay here is the exceptional service. We have stayed at Marriott Clark several times already, and they never fail to deliver the same warm, professional, and attentive hospitality. That level of consistency is something I truly appreciate. The room was cozy and very relaxing. I especially loved the sofa bed beside the window — it was the perfect spot to unwind and simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was also very good with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I was also thankful to be chosen as the Bonvoy Member of the Day, which came with restaurant discounts and access to the M Club. It made our stay even more memorable. On top of that, the team made sure to accommodate all of our requests smoothly and professionally. Special thanks to Alyssa from the front desk for being incredibly professional while also making guests feel genuinely cared for. She truly made us feel welcome. Also, thank you to Dale from Goji Restaurant for checking on us during breakfast and apologizing for a minor issue with one of the cereals that was not up to quality. Small gestures like these show how much the staff value guest experience and satisfaction. Every stay at Marriott Clark makes me feel special, relaxed, and well taken care of. This has definitely become my go-to hotel in the north whenever I need a break from busy Manila life. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Clark Marriott exceeded our expectation especially the staff! Recently stayed and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. What really made this trip special was the generous upgrade we received upon arrival. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the modern comforts and amenities you could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with pool view from our window was simply beautiful. The facilities and services by Front Desk, Housekeeping and F&B were top-tier. thank you for going above and beyond to make us feel taken care of throughout our entire visit and for your exceptional hospitality. will certainly book with you again the next time I am visiting the area!
