26.05.28Let me share how amazing our stay at Best Western Plus Hotel.
5/5 in having amazing staff. Had a problem but it was handled in a very professional way. Kudos to their Front Office Manager Oliver Babadilla and their front office team. You've understand my pov and resolved the issue within my expectations. Not just the front office team that commendable, even the doormen, the staff by the pool, and the staffs that's doing the room service. They are all amazing.
5/5 for the executive room we stayed. The beds are very comfortable. There's tv, mini fridge, drinking bottled water that's reflenished everyday, kettle, own bathtub, bidet and shower, hair dryer, security box, full body mirror, side lamps, working and cold air conditioning, room slippers and you can even request for a bathrobe. They even have complete personal hygiene kits.

3.5/5 for the food. I believe this is what can be improved.
5/5 for being a hotel that's Kid Friendly. They have a play area and a kiddie pool that even my 2 year old baby can enjoy.
3/5 for the parking area. They have a steel parking for hotel guest
26.05.27 Excellent stay as always. The staff treated my family with full respect and care throughout our visit.
They even remembered me and my wife from our previous stay, which made the experience feel very welcoming and personal.
Clean rooms, professional staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
