26.05.14I just didn’t like the description for room. In the pictures room looks different but I got room different but staff was good they cooperated with me and given me room same like pictures but Agoda should put pictures according to the room

26.05.08 Good price, clean and good location. Free WiFi. TV not working correctly, could not access apps or YouTube or even local channels. In general great stay
26.05.06 The A/C kept turning off at random times, i kept calling maintenance to have it fixed and every time, they reassured me that it was fixed but the air-con just kept turning off in this Hot Climate and no one seems to know the reason why, we finally had enough on our last night and requested a different room, which kudos to them were able to accommodate, but the shower head was for lack of better terms wonky, it will not stay on the wall and had to be held whilst showering and this type of shower we encountered on both rooms.
My stay before at Valentinos was good that i opted to book again this time but this time around was just not it.
26.05.05 While the hotel has potential, my experience was marred by the condition of the room’s linens. Unfortunately, the bedding did not feel fresh or properly prepared for a new arrival.
There were noticeable hygiene issues with the sheets, and they carried a heavy, stale scent that made the sleeping area feel uninviting. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any stay, and unfortunately, the lack of attention to the laundry on this occasion was quite disappointing. I hope management looks into their housekeeping protocols to ensure a more comfortable environment for future guests.
