What I liked: - friendly and helpful staff - walking distance to essential supplies and bucket list locations - easy check-in/out, easy airport transfers What I didn't like: - room has little space for unloading luggage - unreliable WiFi, I cannot work online or have Zoom meetings - table is not suitable for working on a laptop Tip: best for backpackers on a holiday, not recommended for business travel.

Great location close to restaurant and bars. Has a nice layout and atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money

R211 needs toilet door & toile seat repairs. The toilet door got locked and won’t open, the key can’t be found therefore the maintenance guy forced it to open thus broke door lock itself. The toilet seat is unstable & moving.

We stayed for five days and booked a room with three separate single beds, which was very comfortable and well-suited to our needs. The room package included breakfast, and it was truly the highlight of each day — delicious, satisfying, and something we genuinely looked forward to every morning. They also offer complimentary coffee that tastes excellent, as well as free drinking water with a convenient refill station for pitchers. A feature we particularly appreciated was the designated hanging stations, which were very useful for drying wet clothes after our water escapades. It was a thoughtful and practical amenity. The staff were exceptionally warm, accommodating, and professional. Housekeeping was thorough and efficient whenever we requested cleaning. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
