26.05.26We had a pleasant stay at Acacia Garden Inn. The staff were all nice and accommodating, especially the housekeeping kuya assigned at night. I forgot to get his name, but thank you so much for always assisting us with our requests and being very helpful during our stay.
The free breakfast was good, and we also appreciated the transport van service, facilities, and overall convenience of the place.
One thing I noticed though is that the WiFi signal doesn’t really reach the second floor rooms, so I had to go downstairs whenever I needed a stable connection. Globe signal inside the room was also quite weak, but thankfully DITO data worked well.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the staff. Thank you, Acacia Garden Inn!
26.05.23We had a wonderful stay at Acacia Garden Inn, Coron. The place was clean, peaceful, and very relaxing after a long day of tours around Coron. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with our needs. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The location was convenient—close enough to restaurants and tourist spots while still being quiet and relaxing. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coron.

26.04.29This is unacceptable. Room given to us was different from what was advertised. Flew from Clark to Busuanga to celebrate my girlfriend and I’s anniversary and when we arrived we can’t even last for five minutes with the room given to us. What they falsely claimed to us before booking was apparently for a different building (their main building where the equipment and other stuff are a level up from the room they gave us when we arrived). Was asking for a refund and they kept pointing me towards Agoda CS. After having a discussion with the owner my girlfriend and I left instead and looked for a different suite, luckily before the day ended we found one that was only not satisfactory in terms of the room, but also with service quality. Now it’s been a week since our supposed stay here and we still cannot contact them via the number they’ve given to us. Agoda confirmed that they can give a refund, if and when Acacia coordinates with them. All in all it’s been a bad experience for us, I do not recommend this inn.
