Our stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were all proactive and attentive. A special mention goes to Mr. John Carl from the restaurant for his exceptional customer service. During breakfast, we ordered tocilog, and he proactively asked how we preferred our eggs to be cooked — something that rarely happens, as guests usually have to mention it themselves. It was such a thoughtful touch that showed genuine attentiveness. He also consistently checked on us and made sure everything on our table was complete, always asking if there was anything else we needed. That level of hospitality truly stood out and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The reception staff also deserve recognition for being very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. You can really feel that they know what they’re doing and care about the guests’ experience. One thing I would love to see improved in the future is having Smart TVs in the rooms instead of just regular flat-screen TVs, so guests can also watch and stream from different streaming platforms during their stay. Kudos to the entire team for the excellent service! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Stayed at White Breeze Palawan Boutique Hotel and had a really pleasant experience overall. The place is clean, modern, and has a very relaxing vibe—perfect if you’re looking for a quiet stay away from the busy areas. The staff were accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with requests and give local recommendations. Rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Location-wise, it’s convenient enough—close to key spots but still peaceful at night. The pool area was also a nice bonus for unwinding after a day out.
