26.05.01Bedrrom is clean, beddings are fragrant and as white as snow. Lavatories, bathrooms are all new and clean. Staff is accomodating and respectful. Highly recommend for a tight budget too. Very safe if to rent a motorcycle for it has parking inside with a heavy duty gate right inside unlike in some others, in literal word, just rented for a bed or a room. Vicinity is just near in Coffee Kong, Jollibee, Avocadoria, Fountain Plaza, Lualhati Park and all, which I used to go by walk, sort of exercise too.
26.04.27 Honestly, value for money, getting a private room at this price was great and the hosts were very nice.
Just don't expect much.
26.03.16 I've stayed there 2 nights and it was cheap, clean and place had everything that I needed. Bed was comfortable, pillows new. Don't expect luxury but it's ok for a short stay.
26.03.14 Items of the room itself (beds) was clean. The room however had loads of mosquitos, spiders, and cockroaches which I had to kill. Afterwards the bedroom was fine. Toilet also had mosquitos. Location wise it was good with a feel of the neighbourhood.
26.03.09 This is a decrepit, filthy place, with very rude and unhelpful staff.
Mattresses feel like cement, pillows are not much better.
Shower is just a trickle, toilets don't flush well and there's a pervasive stench of feces and urine.
Old fans make horrible noise all night long.
Very, very hard to find, probably for good reason!
