If you have activities it is walking distance to your pickup activities. Bar is left and right. Food is left and right. Staff is very accommodating. Definitely will stay here next time that we will be in El Nido

1. If you want to sleep peacefully, this place is not for you. I doubted the reviews, thinkingr it might not be that bad — but it was the worst. 2. We arrived past check-in time, but the room still wasn’t ready. We waited for more than 30 minutes, and the room we’d been waiting for was a complete mess. The aircon was blowing out small particles that looked like ashes, so they had to transfer us to a cheaper room — a downgrade. 3. They promised us a refund for the fare difference, but according to Agoda, they’re now denying it. That’s the least they could do, and yet they still failed to deliver. 4. Internet connection, the worst! They have one dedicated on 2nd floor but no matter where I transfer, there’s no connection at all. Seems like a display.

✅ Very Poor WiFi connection ✅ Very noisy every night from 7PM until 3AM ✅ Staffs are always lost and don’t communicate properly ✅ Room reserved was with breakfast however when we arrived in the property, ZANIYAS revoked our breakfast (WHAT A WAY TO SCAM GUESTS) saying the rate was already cheap to include breakfast so we ended up not having breakfast!!!! ✅ Has cockroach in the room ✅ Mouldy smell ✅ Limited to no charging outlet I told them I am already a premium member in Agoda. They will have to deal with the breakfast arrangement internally. Do not just tell your guest you will omit their breakfast right upon arrival. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS STAY. THIS IS TERRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING FOR A POST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A VACATION NOT A SCAM WHATSOEVER 😤😡🤯🤬

We had a very comfortable stay in their simple hotel and what I can say is that their staff and management really took care of our needs from changing the room request to three people instead of separate rooms and serving us a nice breakfast. Will choose to stay here again for an affordable and comfortable stay in El Nido.
