Toilet busuk. Bnyk nyamuk. Xkemas langsung. Tah xtaw nk komen. Wi-Fi hancur..... Xbest Ah.

One of the room had huge lizard poop on top of the bedsheet, the floor was dusty, the room clearly hasnt been used for a long time. Changed to a new room and the bathroom was full with ants, bathtub was yellow....the pool was half full with dead insects...

The resort look very nice and attractive from the picture but when you check in, you will found very run down. 1)The room AC are not cool at all, even we switch on the ceiling fan at the same time also. 2)The room are full with insects every where, you will find black ants in the hotel room, the floor, the bathtub and on the bed itself, when you sleep over night you can felt the ants run everywhere on the bed. 3)No cleaning service on the public toilet at the coffee house, I found the rubbish include the bread was throw on the toilet dustbin and floor on my first day check in and the rubbish things still there when I check out on the 3rd day. No wonder the occupancy rates are so low

Resort biasa, pakej include breakfast tapi breakfast lambat, katanya 7.30am start but when we come 7.30am staff said 'Chef' belum sampai 🥲 no need to include breakfast if resort cant give it on time to customer. tq
