23.12.17 We when there and only us during that time. Staff really friendly and we spend good time playing sand at the beach and swimming at pool.

23.09.03 Booked for 2N but left after 1N. The resort is huge, private beach, nice pool but the buildings and facilities seem old and crumbling. Our room was kinda clean but the furniture is old and the bathroom has many steps, weird layout, not clean. No wifi, poor phone reception in the room. Ombak room has no aircond which made it so stuffy at night that we could not really sleep. As it was hot, at 3am husband decided to go out to enjoy some cool night air. It was then that we realised a snake was already halfway into our room, under the door. He ran to the reception area to get help, but to our surprise, it was locked, no staff in sight. Had to remove the snake himself. I couldn’t sleep at all after that, worried about our safety, especially having a small child with us. We decided to leave the next day. The staff was sympathetic, they understood our predicament and refunded for the balance 1N. Please be careful, we also saw some tebuan going in and out of the soil areas in front of the Ombak block.
23.09.02 Been looking at this resort for couple of years, finally got a chance to visit. I am somewhat expecting a run-down resort facilities, from what I've gathered - buildings and rooms etc are old as expected with no proper maintenance, but still decent. The highlight infinity pool was great, my children had great time, as well as the beach - as eroded and unkempt it is, I still enjoyed the sea breeze somewhat. But what disappointed me the most, would be the unavailable dining - the restaurant is closed, apparently till September, and only a meager simple breakfast was provided. For me and many other guests, having to go out everytime for meals is a disappointment.
