26.04.09I book a room for 1 people, and requested for a room with a mirror thru Agoda.
Long short story, I checked in to my room and see no mirror at all. Usually any hotel room at least got a mirror right? But this one got no mirror at all so okay I go to the receptionist and asked about the availability.
The receptionist named Ayuni said “Dekat sini semua bilik ada cermin kecuali bilik encik je”. ( All rooms here got mirror except yours, the only room without mirror)
I know its a small issue but why throughout all the rooms, the management gave me the one that got no mirrors at all. Wasting my time requesting it thru apps and suddenly receive the room that totally different from my smal request.
After I keep request for it, and I text the property but got no reply at all (Really bad Customer service). The receptionist named Ayuni called and told that she will sent a mirror to my room on a few hours. So I waited for almost 2 hours++ and suddenly after that whole time of waiting, I just received a small mirror that really dusty.
Ayuni need to improve a lot on how to talk with customer. And the management pun jangan sambil lewa sangat. Tunggu lama-lama, dengan textnya tak reply, receptionist sambil lewa. Last last dapat cermin cincai macam ni je.
Aku taknak complaint banyak, sebab benda pasal cermin je. Tapi bila receptionist cakap semua bilik kat situ ada cermin kecuali bilik saya je, of course saya question kenapa tak bagi saya yang lain? Saya dah request awal tapi dapat yang TAK ADA langsung. Kamu hotel kot. Saya siap cakap tak kisah kalau bilik lain harga lain tapi the management cakap tak boleh main pindah macam tu je. Its really complicated.
