Bukit Keluang Beach Resort “The location and beach view are beautiful, but the stay itself was quite disappointing. The air conditioner was not cold at all and was full of dust — I even had to clean it myself. The trash bin outside the chalet was left overflowing and not collected. Water pressure was very slow, making it uncomfortable to shower. No body soap or shampoo was provided, so guests need to prepare their own. Worst of all, the mattress felt sandy and uncomfortable to sleep on. It’s a shame because the place has great potential, but the maintenance seriously needs improvement.”

This hotel is very conducive and perfect for a family vacation. The environment is calm, clean, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The room is spacious with complete facilities, allowing children to move around comfortably. The staff are friendly and always helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is strategic and provides easy access to nearby eateries and attractions. Overall, we are very satisfied and would definitely come again. Highly recommended for a family stay!
