26.04.26We stayed just 1 night in mountain view room. Their terrace is very nice. Rooms are modern, clean. I found this hotel is quite nice according to the budget if you consider other hotels and resorts in Koh Chang. And this hotel is located at the best point at Koh Chang. If you enjoy nightlife, you must stay in this area. Overall awesome.
26.04.25 The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. The food was delicious and great value for the price. It was a perfect place for me to change my working environment and refresh my routine. Good massage shop is opposite 😊👍
26.04.19 The Manager is very welcome person and understood very well the customer need. We arrived at 7 p.m. and the room we booked was no longer available, so they gave us the left over room. The next day he moved us to more speacious room facing the hill. Thanks to Erawan staff and manager.

If you manage your expectations of a 4 star hotel then it is perfect.
Everything is functionally working, limited pool furniture and some tired aspects. Hotel requires a bit of a cash injection.
