Yuyu Golden Beach Hotel

We had a wonderful stay in the family bungalow. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The place itself is a bit worn out but functional. We did not use the terrace, it was not tidy outside. We had a good breakfast in the hotel and dinner in other restaurants by the beach. Staff were very nice and helpful. If you are looking for an authentic stay, small, simple, beer and good food, feet in the sand, no parties then that’s the place to be. The atmosphere is relaxing. The beach is not for snorkelling but trips can be arranged either via the hotel or directly in Bang Bao, fisherman village about 20 min away by foot. Taxi services, massage and laundry are available at YuYu.

The room we got, did not look anywhere close to the pictures of the room in the agoda deal reservation. Selected twin beds so they gave us a family room which was not a bungalow, perhaps since they don’t have bungalows with twin beds, so why post that as an option on agoda? The staff was welcoming and nice, service was great and its on the beach. The Agoda deal is misleading

This place is incredible. Single rooms are small but excellent for the cost, food is fantastic - lots of vegetarian and vegan options, good prices, beautiful beach, great wifi, super chill, lots of nearby services, staff always with a smile and happy to help. Amazing stay 10/10!

We booked for a week and had to stay a few days longer, and they moved us to a bigger room. It was a very nice place to be. You can see the ocean from the room. It was clean. Their bar is open until late at night, they have a motor rental at the back, and they are located in a more remote area of Koh Chang, so it is a bit far away from the fery dock, but the beach was nice and looong and there are many other restaurants and hotels there. It was really nice.
