26.05.28 The facility is not clean and the safty box should attach to the floor instead of removal.
26.05.26 It's 30+ degrees in Vietnam and your air conditioner takes 90 minutes to cook a small room, you can hear every door being shut & you need to carry all your cash & jewellery with you because a safe could not be provided. Long story short I changed hotels after 2 days.
26.05.25 Is my 2nd time staying here.1st experience of the room is good but this time round my experience of the lady staff was bad.The check in day was a weekend.I have heard of hotel staff informing customers to change to another nearby hotel due to booking room having some problems when they reach and this time round I was the one getting it.This lady staff told me the room I have book cannot let out due to Aircon spolit.I told her I not going to move to another hotel.Seeing that I am very firm,she gives me my room key and the Aircon is not spoilt.To fellow travellers,they have overbook during weekend so they probably reserve your room to others.Do not be taken advantage by them.This lady was neither friendly or come with a smile when I check in both time.
26.05.23 I booked 3 different hotels for our 4-day visit, and this one was the worst. The walls were too thin — I could hear the music coming from the next room. The room was also very small. If you’re staying with a friend and both of you have checked-in baggage, there won’t be enough space to open both suitcases. The lights were also too yellow and dim. I cannot even see properly. The only good thing is the staff they are super nice and approachable!
