We had the most perfect stay at Aspen Court, Franz Josef. The room was very clean, service excellent and the location was just right, with just a stroll to the restaurants, pubs and shops. Special mention to hosts Peter and Pam. I had left my sunglasses behind. They tried to call me, then emailed me to find out how they could get them to me. As I was going to be in Queenstown in the next few days, they couriered my sunglasses to me, which I very much appreciated. Thank you Pam and Peter.

Highly recommended and would definitely return in future if we are heading back to NZ. Although we stayed only a night, we felt welcomed especially after we requested for a late check in. Everything was arranged to expectations. Thank you!

Great position - easy to just walk into town, right next door to excellent King Tiger restaurant, big rooms with great forest/garden views, spotless, park right outside. We would stay again :)

Guest laundry available for $4 per wash and $4 per drying session. Great room, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Thoughtful touches all round with fans for each room, hot tub in bathroom, all necessary kitchenette items, coffee capsule machine and small bottle of milk. Loved the stay, it’s a short walk to town with shops and food available.
