Where do I start? 1) Location on listing as Paihai but actually 5+km outside in place called Harris Falls. 2) Contact numbers in listing either out of service or mail box full 3) listed as express check in but no one at counter, no response to bell service. Had to go wondering to locate someone. 4) place was more a flop house than a tourist facility. Long term stays evident. Not sure one couldn’t rent by the hour it was so bad. 5)Lobby and hallways worn and soiled. 6)So called private bathroom was connected to adjoining room with flimsy door lock. 7)Photos on listing not even close to actuality. 8) Left shortly after checkin as we did not feel safe after seeing some of the long term residents staying there. 9) Agoda needs to take this place off their listing site!!!!!!!

Room was spotless and clean. The overall feel is that there is some semi permanent residents and the kitchen is under equipped. It was fine for us as we just wanted somewhere budget friendly to sleep after an occasion and the room was good,the rest of the facilities are a bit tired.
