26.02.07Something you should know before booking: The pictures might not correspond to the actual rooms. I booked a Standard double room and multiple rooms where shown in the photos, as well as an open bathtub with a view. I was given a room in the basement. When I complained, I was told that photo is a more expensive room, to which I replied that's what I booked though... Only after insisting that I was not okay with this did they say they would "try" to give me another room the next day. It ended up working out from night 2 onwards but this is false advertising and not acceptable... Then, the wifi was not even strong enough to have a call, and the water pressure not strong enough to really shower (I tried to upload a picture but it's not working). They also refused to supply plant-based milk for the breakfast, which especially after giving me a basement room I felt was really odd. For a place that markets themselves a 4-star hotel, there should be better facilities and service. Others had a good experience here according to the reviews, so it might be hit or miss.
24.02.16 I had the absolute worst experience of my life at this shocking Guest House. I notified them I would be checking in before 23:00. When I arrived at the hotel there was no one to assist I was locked out. I was stranded for 2 hours I called and no one responded. I had already paid for the booking in full. This ruined my entire holiday. I am appalled that this.
