Not very family friendly especially with an infant. Bars and Nighclubs within a stonethrow, excessive noise in the middle of the night. Windows open up completely with no security measures and is low to the ground. If anyone had to trip ( child or adult ) they fall straight through. Checking is at 2, our room was on ready at 15:40pm. Nothing complimentary was added, or even compensation of sort. Unfortunately Agoda, you offered a golf course and no such thing. Not the first time the wrong information has been up on your site.

Travelling with my husband and baby I have booked a family bedroom including my baby but the hotel only offered a king bed. However, the bed was very comfortable. We’ve booked a non smoking room but the bedroom stinks cigarette. The bathroom’s flush was broken and there was a clothing hanger attached to it so we could flush it. Then, there was a massive leak from the ceiling coming through the light bulb. We didn’t bother ask to change to a different bedroom the hotel was fully booked but we told the staff and the next day the leak was sorted out. The staff are lovely and the location is excellent, close to many restaurants, bars and a nice supermarket.
