Room was clean so ans with the towels and check in was fast. Handwash was not working We were irritated with the staff in the breakfast buffet who charged us 18% gratuity without even asking us. There was no service saince it was a buffet. And we got our own utensils and disposable glass. Server kept going to our table to get our plates and check if we will pay our bill. The 18% gratuity is highly unusual. Without that incident , our stay was A ok. Aircon was ok, tv ok, bedsheets ok, ref ok etc
