Very nice spot for a romantic night out

This is a lovely guest house beautifully appointed on a lovely cove a short drive from the centre of Hermanus. Staff very helpful especially Albert who welcomed us, checked us in, ferried us to and from the centre. A delightful, gentle man. Don’t bother with the evening meal, but the breakfast is superb.

On arrival we were upgraded to a luxury room on the first floor with sea views to compensate for the misunderstanding on their advert stating dinner was included. The room was outstanding in every detail, the toiletries were fabulous as was the bathroom,, selection of teas and cafetiere were lovely. Complimentary port wine was a lovely surprise. It was clear that the owners had gone the extra mile to ensure every box was ticked. The staff ewere there to greet us on arrival, unloading the car and taking our cases to the room. We opted to stay in for dinner as the dining room had superb views out to sea, and the fillet steak was done to perfection. Our breakfast was simply outstanding, surpassing every meal to date we have enjoyed during our month's stay in SA. The smoked haddock kedgeree with poached eggs was to die for. The service again was outstanding from all the staff. I enjoyed an excellent massage in the spa, and the lady even came back after hours. Electrically operated curtains on the panoramic view through the ceiling to floor windows was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended, despite being located on the outskirts of town. اخذنا غرفة مطلة عالمجيط كانت جميلة جدا ومرتبة الفيو خرافي في منطة للاكل وفي حمام مستقل عن مكان الاستحمام وجلسة مقابل البحر بالنسبة للفطور كان منيو تختار منن وهما يحضروه العاملين كلهم لطيفين جدا جدا جدا انصح فيه بس المدينة بشكل عام ماتستاهل اكتر من يومين لروقان
